How Charlie Works
Good food deserves to be enjoyed, not wasted. At Charlie’s, we give surplus food a new lease of life.
Step 1 — We rescue good food
We collect good surplus food that might otherwise go to waste.
Step 2 — We make delicious meals
Our kitchen turns the ingredients available to us into a changing menu of freshly prepared meals.
Step 3 — You pay what you feel
Enjoy your meal and pay what you feel. Everyone is welcome at Charlie’s.
Step 4 — The goodness keeps going
Eat, drink, pay what you feel, volunteer, come to an event or simply spend time here. However you take part, you help make Charlie’s what it is.

This is a brilliant venture for our community by using food that would be discarded by supermarkets 👏.
